In view of the current financing situation among medium-sized German companies (on average 7% equity ratio!*), and against the backdrop of the changes discussed under the term "Basel II" and the consequent ratings for medium-sized firms, GLC has registered a constant growth in the demand for consulting services relating to questions of financing.

The many years of experience in the financing business allows us to make a good and rapid assessment of matters at hand, which means that we are frequently able to operate on a contingent basis. In general, we agree a relatively low, basic fee and a contingent fee that is linked to defined consulting results.
