The GLC Glücksburg Consulting Group's roots lie in the historic water castle Glücksburg on the Baltic Sea coast of Schleswig-Holstein.

With the establishment of Glücksburger Konzepte Gesellschaft für umsetzungsorientierte Beratung mbH in 1994, Martin Weigel, together with S.H. Christoph Prinz zu Schleswig-Holstein, created the basis for today’s consulting group which operates throughout Germany.

Starting from Schleswig-Holstein Glücksburger Konzepte GmbH, and successively its subsidiary and sister firms, have been able to earn themselves an excellent reputation as entrepreneurially thinking implementation consultancies for small and medium-sized enterprises, corporate groups and public institutions.

Since 2004 GLC Glücksburg Consulting AG, as the holding company, has formed the Group’s structural umbrella.
