For local authorities we have conceived privatisation, outsourcing and contract award models and accompanied them through the implementation phase in an advisory capacity.

These have focused on transport and utility units, public swimming baths and tourism units.

For larger medium-sized enterprises and corporations we have accompanied management buy-out processes: from conception, economic review through to financial autonomism of the MBO business.
