We have prepared feasibility studies for many public institutions at a local authority, state, federal and EU level. The content of these has focused on technology centres, commercial centres and parks, technology and science transfer institutions as well as on tourism-, leisure- and culture facilities.

In addition, we carried out a number of feasibility studies for infrastructural projects, reorganisation and inter-communal cooperations. Our services range from market and demand analysis via the evaluation of the competitive environment to the development of investment- and efficiency concepts, subsidies- and financing concepts as well as enterprise- and organisation concepts.
